What's the Process Like?
It’s simple. You choose the apparel cutting you want, select the color, indicate the sizes you want, add the design, and just press “Add to Order”. If you have more than 1 apparel to order, you can just keep adding more shirts, and check-out when you are done.
Can I print on Polo Tees or Hoodies?
Digital printing is best on cotton tees. On materials that are made from a lot of polyester, such as drifit tees, the print quality is not as great. We recommend silkscreen printing instead of digital printing on these. Do contact our parent company theteeinkers.com for silkscreen printing services.
Can't seem to upload my design online?
Your design file might be too big. Do consider making it smaller, to less than 2MB per image.
What do you mean by satisfaction guarantee?
If the shirt you received is materially different from the design that you have uploaded in teetwill.com, or if the shirt is dirty, you may return the goods to us. We will then proceed with printing a new batch for you, for free.
Can I order Shirt Samples?
If you would like to have a feel of the quality of our shirts, you can have T-shirt sample with prints delivered to you, at a $10 refundable fee. Just submit T-shirt order with no prints on it, and we will know that you are looking for just a sample tee.
If you’d like to have a sample print with your design on it, we can do it for you at a non-refundable $50 fee.
Can you help me with the design and ordering?
Can we bring our own shirts there to print?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept prints to be done on your shirts. We will be using our own line of tees to print.
